FUNCTIONALITY & QUALITY
ECOTIP Ecofil® filter cells in filter classes G4, M5–M6 and F7–F9 according to EN 779: 2012 standard guarantees an efficient air filtration and low pressure drops through the use of multi-layer synthetic micro spunbonds. The fiberplast frames bring reliable seal to the filter medium, high stiffness and dimensional stability as well as the possibility of residue-free inceneration.
High production processing standard
ECOTIP Ecofil® filter cells are moisture-proof, waterproof and microbiologically inert. The use of fully synthetic materials in compliance with VDI 6022 enables a perfect hygienic filter operation.
Minimal pressure differences
The surface of ECOTIP Ecofil® filter cells is up to triple that of the ordinary ones. It causes lower filter medium velocity, and smaller pressure differences. The energy costs are, therefore, essentially lower.
High filter safety
The use of hot-melt adhesion prevents particles flowing through and means maximal tightness between the filter medium and the frame. It enables air to also flow through the edges of the filter.
Optimized geometry of the pleating system
The essential advantages of the ECOTIP Ecofil® filter cells are the high uniformity and accessibility of the filter medium. The sharp V-shaped pleats structure enables maximum depth effect.
Maximal enviromental compatibility
All components of the ECOTIP Ecofil® filter are based on combination of pure polyester and polyolefin. The filter media are free of binders, solvents or color agents.
